We Value Serving Together and Everyone is Part of a Team! Safety is a Big Thing for us at New Hope Fellowship. Anyone who serves in an area that has Access to Kids, Keys, or Cash is formally Background Checked. We are committed to a Healthy Culture that Values Affirmation and Encouragement for all those who serve. We also agree to a Behavioral Agreement that Guides how we will serve together on Mission. Volunteers are Valued and Cared for At New Hope Fellowship. Everything we do is Relational and our motto is that “There is always room for one more!

THE NEW HOPE FELLOWSHIP WAY OF SERVING

Champion the Vision: We are in alignment with New Hope Fellowships mission to Reach Wide, Grow Deep and Unleash Compassion always making room for one to belong and to be on mission with Christ. Pastor Al’s heart is that we are here to serve our community and that everyone Matters to God and to Us!

We Honor our Teammates and Leaders: Honor is expressed best when we speak words of life over the ones we serve with and remain committed to do what we said we would do. Therefore, we bless and honor others with both our time commitments and words. We choose to speak think and speak the best of those at our church.

We Display Authentic Relational Enthusiasm: Good eye contact, big smiles, and positive attitudes. We are glad people are coming to church to grow in Christ. No matter how rude people are in their brokenness, we display the love of Christ with relational enthusiasm.

We Remain Teachable and Flexible: Things usually always shift and change as ministries evolve under the Spirit’s direction for our church. The posture of remaining teachable and flexible helps us to serve without becoming prideful, critical, and rigid. Furthermore, we understand that there will be times that each one of us may need to apologize for things that we may say or do that may hurt or offend others.
